Produced in the methode traditionelle style, the Okurukuru Brut NV delivers a refreshingly
crisp palate with flavours of apple and citrus balanced by an underlying creaminess
and a long, lingering finish. 11.5% VOL
Concentrated and refreshingly crisp,the 2013 Okurukuru Sauvignon Blanc is loaded
with ripe tropical fruit, hints of tomato leaf and a salty minerality to finish.

Sourced from a single vineyard in the heart of Gisborne’s grape growing region and
100% hand harvested at optimum ripeness, this wine displays fresh melon and citrus
aromas, leading into a fleshy palate with generous stone fruit flavour balanced by
crisp acidity and a long, lingering finish. 13% VOL
Produced by gently pressing the hand-harvested grapes to minimize colour and tannin
extraction, the 2013 Okurukuru Rose displays delicate hints of strawberry and
watermelon. Crisp and refreshing on the palate, this is the perfect summer drink,
serve well chilled and enjoy as an aperitif or to accompany salads and seafood. 11.5%
